We do all of the shopping, cooking & meal prep for you. All of your meals arrive fully prepared to eat. Each meal is individually portioned for one person. 

Our complimentary deliveries serve the Greater Seattle Area, Everett & Tacoma. We deliver your meals directly to your home twice per week in a reusable cooler bag with ice packs to keep the meals fresh.

Your healthy prepared meals are ready to heat & eat upon arrival. All of our meal containers are 100% compostable in a commercial composting facility.
